A. Knowledge and understanding

  1. Provide knowledge to students about diagnostic techniques: clinical, laboratory, and molecular diseases in pets, livestock and wild animals.
  2. Provide an understanding of treatment management strategies including nutrition in sick animals.
  3. Provide understanding to students about the theory of operating various health support equipments.

 

B.  Intellectual skills

  1. Educate students to be able to integrate, analyze and treat sick animals.
  2. Educate students to be able to plan curative and preventive actions on sick animals
  3. Educate students to be able to carry out comprehensive/holistic handling to overcome diseases in animals
  4. Educate students to be able to design and analyze and report research results in the field of veterinary clinics.
  5. Educate students to be able to operate various medical support devices.
  6. Educate students to understand the techniques of anaesthesia and operations on pets, livestock, and wild animals

 

C. Practical skills

  1. Able to diagnose sick animals using both conventional and modern methods.
  2. Able to plan and carry out research in the field of veterinary clinic.
  3. Able to perform anaesthesia and surgery on pets, livestock, and wild animals.

 

D. Managerial skills and attitudes

  1. Professional behaviour towards patients and clients.
  2. Have high integrity, innovative, productive, and always inquisitive.
  3. Appreciate and respect the opinions/findings of others.
