- Concept and accuracy of diaphoresis test
- Able to plan and integrate the HACCP concept in the process of production, preparation and processing of agricultural products as food
- Able to identify the physical and chemical properties of type of foods as a medium for the growth of harmful and/or pathogenic microorganisms
- Able to plan and carry out a risk analysis on the importation of raw materials and processed agricultural products, both imported and inter-island, to the human, plant and animal health

- Detecting, educating the causes, preventing, controlling and eradicating diseases in an area
- Able to change the physical and chemical properties of agricultural products, making it impossible for the growth of microorganisms
- Able to anticipate harmful microorganisms, isolate, identify and describe the characteristic

- Able to lead and execute professionally a research, control and eradication of diseases in an area
- Able to be polite, straightforward and professional in conducting interviews and coordinate community motivation in research of “Foodborne Outbreaks” and preventing, controlling and eradication of disease in an area
