Community Service Veterinary Science Doctoral Program in 2021

In order to fulfil the tri dharma of higher education, the Doctoral Study Program of Veterinary Science, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Gadjah Mada University held a Community Service activity with the theme “Combating Parasitic Diseases and Reproductive Disorders in Cattle”.

This activity was held on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at the Andini Mulyo Livestock Group, Dusun Wonosobo, Desa Sardonoharjo, Kecamatan Ngaglik, Kabupaten Sleman, followed by 80 people which included 40 lecturers, 17 students, 3 education staff and 20 farmers.

The form of community service activities for the Doctor of Veterinary Science in 2021 held at the Andini Mulyo Livestock Group, Dusun Wonosobo, Desa Sardonoharjo, Kecamatan Ngaglik, Kabupaten Sleman in the form of counselling and providing social assistance. Counseling was delivered by two resource persons, namely Dr. drh. Dwi Priyowidodo, MP. and drh. Agung Budiyanto, M.P., Ph.D. who brought material on livestock parasites and livestock reproduction management. The counselling went well and smoothly until the end of the event and continued to implement the COVID-19 health protocols.
